Master Keith Parks
Master Parks is a fourth dan (degree) black belt. He became Master Mark Fancher's first adult student in Michigan while enrolled as a student at the University of Michigan. At the time he organized a small Tang Soo Do club at the university that was overseen by Master Fancher. He is the regular instructor for black belt training held on Tuesday evenings, and he has become known for his careful and caring approach to teaching. He has served as an examiner for rank tests for students at all levels, and he has competed in martial arts tournaments. Mr. Parks is a conscientious student of martial arts history and philosophy.
